At Pulse Tech Health LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Include all manuals, accessories, and components

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@pulsetechhealth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an authorized RMA may be refused.

Once you receive your RMA, ship your return to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Be sure to include the RMA number on or inside the package.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless an exchange or store credit is requested.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the item’s condition and associated processing costs.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a prepaid return label is issued, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Used items showing wear or damage

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pulsetechhealth.com. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
